Clamps for Precast Concrete

Lifting Precast Concrete is often not planned well. I've seen manhole rings lifted, and collapse in the process. Ecology block eyes tear because the eyes have rusted. I've heard of cables ripping out because they aren't planned for. We have a long range of clamps at www.CraneGear.net . The video above shows the automation of them. This 1562 precast clamp has a range that allows you to lift K-Rails, and then adjust and lift ecology blocks. If you have precast wall panels or other items as well, this item should work fine up to 8800 lbs.

We can lift manhole rings like a boss. These are only for versions up to 2200 lbs. But if you are setting rings for a smaller water system, these can be an amazing time saver. Just get them moving efficiently with our clamp that makes the best of geometry and allows your excavator operator to show off their skills.

The range of clamps we offer just goes on and on. The catalog is 20 pages long. Blocks of bricks is something that can be lifted by a 1083 Block Clamp. Jersey Barrier Clamps. Pipe Clamps so you can install concrete pipe with a clamp that grabs and releases without anyone touching the clamp called a 1064 or a 1065 Pipe Clamp depending on the capacity needed.

There is no reason to be lifting with rigging precast concrete. You should be clamping in and using a clamp built under ASME B30.20. We have a plethora of options at www.CraneGear.net
